No. Every plan includes every feature, including the library website, member accounts, reservations, reminders and online fine payments. Plans differ only in how many book copies and members they hold.
Each plan is billed in advance for the period shown on its card. You pay from the Billing page through PhonePe (UPI, cards or net banking), or by UPI or bank transfer to us. Every invoice is issued by Kakshlink Pvt. Ltd..
A renewal invoice and email reminders arrive a few days before. If it is not paid, the library panel and website pause, but nothing is deleted: renew any time and carry on where you left off.
Yes. Choose another plan on the Billing page. If your current paid period is still running, the new plan starts when it ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.
No. Librospire runs in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works at the desk without any setup.
Yes. Your records belong to your library. Download loans, payments, fines and members as CSV files from the Reports page whenever you like.
